a rip off over 150€ for an Ibis is outrageous; just cos there was a minor exhibition on the outskirts of the city. Otherwise the Hotel is standard Ibis as it should be....bedrooms were as small as one can get a double bed and desk in. But well located and adequate.

The hotel was clean and tidy as was the room , the hallways were a bit dated and felt very small. Ideal just to rest your head or if you weren't spending anytime there for very long. Location was great for my business needs.

The hotel near the Munich train station just 7 min. walk and of course the city centre. the bathroom though was very small, but the bed was nice I had a very nice sleep. The internet is very expensive in the room. Breakfast was average but nice.

Good location-very close to central train station (Hauptbahnhof). 15-20 minute walk or less to: Odeonsplatz/Residenz, Hofbrauhaus and some other great beer gardens, Marienplatz, etc. I love to save money and personally prefer Ibis Budget hotels to regular Ibis, but regular Ibis is still a good value. Location together with Ibis standardization covers all negatives. Just perfect location at best price and ambiance. Breakfast is between excellent and awesome for a 2 star. since all ibis hotels have the same type of rooms and food service, there is no need to mention that as the standard is very satisfying. the most important here is the location and I can tell you that it is great. maybe 10min walk to the main pedestrian zone and only a few minutes from the main train station.... Small rooms but very good bed and matresses. Small bathrooms but well equipped. If you are size XXL you will probably have som problems with the room size... So do not drink too many of the good Bavarian beers as the will make you grow in size quite fast.!

Only stayed one night. Asked for a room away from the lifts and this was done. Very nice lobby area and the breakfast selection and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms are pretty small, but didn't really matter to us as we just wanted a cheap stopover and a good nights sleep and that's what we got.... More
