We used this hotel during our move to Munich. You have self service flats there as well as regular hotels. It is full service if that is what you require. Central location and next to the river Isar. As luck would have it we found a flat around the corner and recommend this hotel when we have extra guests staying... More

We were here for the last 2 days of Oktoberfest and one additional day. Our reservations were made by a third party. My wife is in a wheelchair and we were upset to find the wheelchair could not enter the bathroom. Knowing there are not any rooms available in Munich during Oktoberfest we asked the staff what could be done.... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in Sept. 2011. Took the train from the airport to the main train station in town and then caught a cab to the hotel for 12 euros. Thought that was a bargain as there were four of us with a lot of luggage and we got a very large taxi van. Many posts talked about... More

We stayed here for nine nights during Oktoberfest. Since we stayed more than seven nights, our nightly rate was very reasonable, especially during a special event. We stayed in one of the double economy apartments, and it was very comfortable for two people. The kitchenette was a big help throughout our stay, too. The desk staff was courteous and spoke... More

Dear bama78, The Octoberfest is over now.. But we can assure you - next year it will come again. And hopefully you too :-) Our everyday refill service for the minibar is only for the hotel guests. Since you booked an apartement price there is a cheaper rate but only a minibar as an arrival treatment. But of course you... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during Oktoberfest. The guests were a mix of German businessmen and foreign tourists. The hotel is in a mixed/residential area not far from the city centre. Its a good 10 minute walk from the nearest underground station but there is a bus stop nearby . Reception was light and airy and the... More

The hotel is located in a residential area, far away from the centre, but in a very quiet surrounding. The facilities are a little bit old-fashioned, but it’s ok. They tried to charge much more that we agrees with Booking, therefore we had to argue hard with the unfriendly staff in front our kids, and finally after they recognized that... More

Dear Kekeros, I would very much appreciate if you give me the chance in contacting you directly. Your experience during check-out is not the desired service we would like to present. In our hotel we try to treat our guests as friends not only as costumers or guests - so a hidden manager is definitely not acceptable and I would... More

The hotel itself was quite beautiful, the service was friendly and the price was great! I can imagine that it is more expensive during Octoberfest, though. It is a good location for Octoberfest. Our room had a balcony, mini kitchen, large bath and was roomy. Take the nearby bus to the train station....it only takes about 10 minutes and go... More

We stayed here for two nights in August on a business trip. The first room we were shown was split level, dark and the furniture was rather jaded. We asked to move and were given a bigger room on one level. The bathrooms were clean (could do with more towels), but the rest of the place has a grubbiness about... More

Was not certain how this hotel will work out after ready varying comments on TA on it but I was pleasantly surprise to find this apartment hotel very nice - spacious room, nicely decorated, clean and have comfortable bed ... beside the kitchenette which we did not use. Like most Derag chain, toiletries come in a common bottle of liquid... More

Located in a nice residential neighborhood with a supermarket directly next door, a cool restaurant (Hong Kong Bar) up the block, laundromat next to restaurant , bus stop directly to the Marienplatz across the street and Oktoberfest a nice 10 walk. The hotel staff was so very kind and patient. This is primarily a business hotel so it is relatively... More
