Best thing about the hotel is the staff, super helpful and genuinely nice. Other than that, rooms were spacious and clean, nice bed, huge tv etc. However, no executive lounge in a business hotel in downtown Munich? Unacceptable.

Good location opposite the main train station. Nice renovated room, with tub and shower. Only a few blocks from old part of town. Two complimentary coffees in lobby bar. Free Internet in lobby, but not in room. Good for a short stay.

Stayed there last month. I iknow the BAUMA show was on at the time but was way overpriced for the hotel. for $750 AUD a night you would expect to have hot water? Oone day it didnt work. Overpriced drinks in the bar, The bar staff not real helpful.
