Arrived at 9.45PM. Quick check in, although no explenation about room, which floor, breakfast hours, no help offered with my suitcase. In fact nothing. I wanted to go out for a quick bite! When I first arrived I was absolutely overwhelmed by how nice this little hotel in the heart of the city APPEARED.
