Location , breakfast and staff were cool, that mean almost everything were cool except our room. It was dirty, I could smell and see dust everywhere. If the hotel management think more about cleaning or spend more on it and leave the prices on the same level it will be really good place to stay in Munich .

Room was the largest we stayed in during our three weeks in Europe, but basic and stark decor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was terrific! Biggest downfall is the location. It is close to the city center but in a section full of adult entertainment. Not a good place for young children.

Rooms are spacious and clean, though quite simple. I found the beds comfortable enough and rooms were prepared every morning for the 3 days we stayed. I stayed 3 nights in February 2012, room is ok, not so bad. Bathroom is renewated and clean. Seperate two single bad in room, if you want to king bed, you have to connect the beds.
