Stayed two nights. Liked the buffet breakfast. Front desk staff was very helpful. Room was functional, comfortable and quiet for sleeping. Windows open! Well situated; only two stops from the main train station by tram. Tram stops almost a the front door of the hotel. Hotel is an easy walk to the centre of town and therefore close to the... More

The hotel staff provided a warm welcome and the service was great. The buffet breakfast was superb - a large and excellent variety of food. The main transport hub is only a short ride by tram (which stops near the hotel). More

Have stayed at many Mercure hotels world wide, and this was very disappointing. First we were given keys to an uncleaned room. Once they gave us the correct room, we had to ask for extra pillows, then bathrobes, then internet access - all of which were to be included. Flooring wasn't nice, had molded areas. Although the room was to... More

We had stayed in this hotel years back - before they remodeled. We enjoyed our stay this time, as well, although the room took a little getting used to. The glass shower stall is pretty much in the center of the room and there is no door on the bathroom. It was OK for us, but wouldn't suit a person/couple... More

This was our first time at this hotel - it was easy to find and parking at hotel was good. We had an excellent meal in the hotel and they had a very good buffet breakfast. No permanent door on toilet - the shower door is used for this purpose. So no shower if toilet is occupied. No plug for... More

Stayed at this hotel during a recent exhibition in Nuremberg - the hotel is well located about a 10 min walk from the city centre and railway station and 20-25 mins from the airport and 15 mins from the exhibition centre I had one of the renovated rooms with modern bathroom facilities, flat screen TV and modern decor - the... Excellent breakfast, fancy lobby... Very close to train and tram staion. Only 2 mins to get to old town or main staion. Room is a little bit old but okay. Internet in room is very expensive. Bed is ok but pillow is too small, I have to use 2 pillows. If I have another choice, I'd love to try other... More

The bathrooms in the rooms have glass showers that means only 1 person can stay in a room or a couple. If two people want to share the room it is not possible to do so. The breakfast is too expensive & the staff needs to be kinder.Rate is too expensive. More
