Hotel is located not far from city center. Rooms were clean, receptionists nice, but staff in restaurant was very arrogant.

I spent two nights here; there was a strong business demeanor among the staff, from the reception desk to the dining hall. Very perfunctory. More importantly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This is a very basic hotel but it provided all that I needed to start my Danube cycling trip. It is close to where you pick-up your bike, it is a 15 minute walk to downtown Passau and there is a grocery store next door to load up before cycling. Old fashioned bedroom and bathroom. Clean and tidy. Food on the half board menu was very skimpy.

hello. I staid one night in this hotel and it was great. The F&B section was good. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is not perfect but it doesn't take a lot to get to the city center. All in all, it is a good choice.

Not a bad hotel but far from a great hotel. Ususally the first hotel for the start of the Danube bike tours.
