Very good hotel, much better than two-stars. Great location, good parking garage, varied breakfast.... Also one of the best things is LE CLUB Accor hotels. You can get amazing offers. :) Only thing that could be better is free wifi, sometimes it doesn't work.

Service is correct, completely. Reception staff is polite and very well informed. Nothing more or less is not necessary. Room, clean as usual. Location, excellent. Near Alexanderplaz (our city center of Berlin :)). I like general Ibis concept very much and everything is at least the best.

I was surprised that a map of the East Berlin tram network, which ran outside the hotel door, was not available at the reception desk. Please arrange that this can be done infurure. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

The Ibis Mitte is a clean comfortable hotel in a great location for sightseeing and enjoying the Prenzlauerberg neighborhood. Rooms are compact, but clean, comfortable, bright and quiet. Only disappointing note is wifi in the room is extra. Breakfast offered a good selection of cheese, meat, pastries, eggs in a pleasant dining room

Overall I'd rate this as a good & value for money hotel... It's located at 10 min walk from Alexanderplatz which makes it pretty central. Only issue was with the air conditioning which is typical of all IBIS hotels.

This is my 5th stay at this hotel and I stay here every month I go to Berlin. Reception staff are helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and functional. The hotel was in a very centralized location, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was goos but ot included into the room price. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. If you have an Accor membership you can get better deal through Accor Hotels web site.
