Internet connection was chaotic and most of the time not working, large rooms very simple, bed not comfortable, TV very limited to German channels only 2 were in English. Price too high for this level of service

All aspects are fantastic at this hotel. They make you feel like you are their only customer. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel, in 2 years. I have not tried their food/breakfast. I would prefer a softer bed though.

We had to use this hotel due to a snow storm in Europe. The traffic on the Autobahn was in chaos, so we just stoped at the first hotel we could find. God location, biiig rooms, strange plastic bathrooms, similar to ferrys. Breakfast ok, free parking outside.

I can clearly recommend this hotel, if you travel with your family. Good location and good value for money. A good combination of distance to noise and still near the (for us) interesting part of Hamburg.
