I have been in better B&B’s, the Management was amateur & the customer service nonexistent, Whoever owns this hotel needs to replace the Management ASAP.Maybe once this was a boutique hotel but no longer, save yourself the problems and book one of the many very good hotels available in Hamburg

We stayed very good in this hotel located in a residential area near all'Alstersee, not so far from the Lange Reihe, a street with a lot of restaurants. The room and the bathroom was spacious and charming, with high ceilings and antique-styled furniture, the service was good (although they don't speak good English), the location qiuet, close to the lake.
