We requested a room higher up during booking and also on check in. No dice, despite not being in a full occupancy period (Easter weekend). We got to look in on some offices on the 5th floor. I've stayed here a couple of times. The breakfasts are ample and delicious; the rooms are exceptionally clean and modern; they have washer and dryer in the bathrooms; the living room/eating areas are well appointed and comfortable. It is a sleek apt more than a hotel. It's one block from the river and maybe 10 min from the trains.

The Adina chain has an excellent concept, professionally executed. For the price of a normal room at any other hotel, you get a kitchenette and washer/drying machine included. The rooms are clean and spacious.
