“Basic hotel in suburbs”

Rather clean hotel in Frankfurt suburbs - good place if you travel by car. We were late for check-in for 20 minutes by it was ok. Basic room - quite ok for 1 night. More

A bad experience overall. The advertised free WI-FI didn't work in my room. The room was noisy with water pipes running inside the walls (I think). Whenever the next room customer has a bath, I couldn't sleep! The staff was unhelpful and unsympathized over my problems with noise and the lack of internet connection! They promised to change my rooms,... More

when you think of germans, you may think "efficient." This hotel is the opposite. the entire experience was a disaster from the booking to handling issues that come up. if you like surprises and being charged unfairly, this is a is a good choice. if you are looking for no hassle travel, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More

We spent 4 nights on a business trip in this hotel. It was during the Soccer World Cup in Germany, and the prices were extremely high: 90 EUR per night for two of the four nights and 160 EUR (!) per night for the other two nights. The original, normal price is about 40 EUR per night ---and the hotel... More
