I spent 2 nights here at a conference. It's a fine if slightly sterile business hotel. Breakfast was superb except for the coffee. It's machine made and it's "German cappucino." Good staff, clean and unremarkable.

I am not a fussy person but this the worst service experience I have had in years. The hotel is VERY expensie for what it offers. Waiting for over 2 hours on two requests. Not sure how they classify as a nice hotel?

Very good surprise, a very good hotel, full of amenities and quality! The media center in the room is a novelty for me. Maybe more Channel choices. Friendly personnel. Excellent food and great location! For sure a chain to look for in my trips. Recommended!

Stayed in the hotel during conference, rooms are very good equiped, well maintained. Food was perfect. Great for holding conferences. During the stay there was no problem. Close distance to the center. The fitness room was small - but there were 3 treadmills, so it was sufficient for me:).
