“very old hotel with poor maintenance”

I stayed here in an apartment .The lights were not working. Maintenance is very poor. There are no electric plugs on working table and one has to kneel down under the table to plug your lap top or chargers. The amenities are strict minimum and the rooms smell bad.

We stayed here on the way from Denmark to Bavaria. We found the hotel easily and liked the easy, free, but tight parking. The room was better than I expected, except there was no air conditioning. “Not what we expect of Mercure hotels”

We opened the door of the bedroom to find a filthy carpet covered in staines!!! We returned to reception asking for another room and were told all the rooms were carpeted!! We could have a room without carpets but we would have to pay a supplement. What happened to Mercure service?
