Good location to visit the city, efficient service, simple room equipment, sufficient breakfast room and selection of dishes, parking space is limited, friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out.. This hotel to be recommended for easy and cost efficient travel to Aachen.

Hotel top quality as always, we have stopped here a number of tims, and the only problem was that we could not get the room temperature down when it was too hot for a comfortable sleep and the sound of the trains prevented us leaving the window open.

Room was what may be expected of Ibis, clean and cheap, good beds, fast check-in and check-out. The only thing is that I woke up a few times because of noise coming from the adjacent room. My room had a connecting door which is in need of better insulation (noise).

Good location (10 min walking to centre, 3-4 min to central station). Friendly staff, always willing to help. Good breakfast (could be a little more variation). Clean rooms, not too much toilletries (only soap and douche gel).

Excellent location close to the railway station. Confortable rooms, very quiet, thanks to the small corridor at the entrance and two doors separating from the central corridor. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Extra pillows in the room would be appreciated.
