The hotel is nicely located, very close to the city Centre. The room are comfortable, though not top level (drawers are limited to a very minimum!) I'd have expected a complimentary Internet connection (at least for a reasonable amount of traffic). Unfortunately it's not like this. The staff is helpful. In conclusion, a pleasant stay. More

Within walking distance of all the major sights. Excellent restaurants close by. Rooms are small but well designed and very clean. Good tasty breakfast. Staff was helpful and efficient! I was there on business but would be a great place for vacation as well. More

The Mercure Hotel Aachen am Dom is located in the town centre and less than 5 mins wail from the Dom and the historic town hall. I booked 2 rooms and was glad we did not share, the rooms were the same size as an Ibis room but a lot more expensive. The service was good and an excellent location, just a shame about the room size. More
