This hotel is a converted office building of some importance but the lobby layout reveals its former life. Front desk people are TERRIFIC. They know my name every time I check in. Breakfast is fine, but the waiters/waitresses appear not to be interested in knowing your name even if you are Gold or Diamond members. Rooms are GREAT.
