Stayed for two nights in a double room.
Weird: got a twin room even though a double has been booked.
TV channels: all German apart from CNN.
Clean, cosy, warm. Spacious.
WiFi very expensive: EUR3 for 1hour and EUR9 for 24 hours. Connection could be better, but it worked for regular browsing.

We really enjoyed this hotel which we stayed in for a short break while we toured the Christmas markets and the — superb — modern art galleries.
Our room was 614 and at first we were worried by the one lift - what would it be like at breakfast tiem? But there was never a problem. Oue view was over...

Nice hotel, convenient from the main station. Rooms well sound insulated so no traffic noise. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside was the failure to connect to the internet with their wifi system. I could get a wifi connection but not to internet, except in the lobby. This was a major incovenience.

Stayed at this hotel to attend A+A fair. Location great for getting to and from exhibition centre using train system and a short walk to the Old town. Plenty of choices for eating. Staff friendly and rooms comfortable and quiet. All in all a good choice if visiting Dusseldorf.
