Stayed one night. Hotel location, rooms and service were OK. Restaurant experience was however negative, mainly because the service was far from up to standard. Personnel pays no attention to the guests. Their friendliness does not compensate for the lack of professionalism.

Very clean rooms. Good location. Good service. Friendly staff. Good value for money. If I was in Hagen again, I would stay at the Mercure again. I would also recommend it to a family or friends.

Stayed overnight and experienced good, friendly service. Room on 4th Floor was clean, (it looked like they were decorating on other floors), evening meal was excellent and breakfast was fine. Relaxing bar with a few TV`s to watch sport while having a few beers.
