Very good and convenient hotel. Rooms are big and in very good shape. Staff is very friendly especially those working in the bar and in the breakfast restaurant. Location is quite close to several restaurants. Mc donald's is directly opposite to the hotel.

I was here for a very short stay, but liked the hotel and staff. This was a late check-in and an early departure, nevertheless, nothing to complain about. The breakfast was served at 6.30 am and had reasonable good varieties. The room was cozy.

I frequently stay at the Prisma (several times per year). Consistently good service and nice accommodation. The on site restaurant is pretty good. Not much within close walking distance, but the city center is within a short drive or a long walk.

Staff were helpful and nice. However, the room I was in was on top floor. The room smelled terrible and I found it very difficult to sleep on pillows that were filled with small plastic chips. For 79 Euro I really expect a lot better! Will never use Best Western for business again.

Packing our car after a weekend in Neumünster wiith good friends, my friend left her handbag on the asphalt where she completely forgot it. After 50 km we received a phone call from the hotel - they had found her handbag. Great service - and I am sure we will return som day
