“Why I was glad I choose the Ibis Budget Erfurt Ost for my trip to Thüringen!”

The Ibis Budget Erfurt Ost is a good hotel for its price. It is situated outside the city, but is easily reached by tramway nr. 3. The staff was very friendly and helpfull and breakfast was of good quality: ample choice of good and fresh products.

Easy access to the hotel. Friendly man in the reception. He had the registration on hand when we entered as we had already paid. Great service! He also gave us information how to get around the area. The room nice and quiet. Parking great.

If you want a four star luxury hotel in a prime location then look for one and pay the ridiculous price most of them command for accommodation where basically you spend but a few waking hours.Etap hotels are identical (although they have begun a programme of upgrading to separate shower, air conditioning, flat screen TVs etc - we stayed twice... More

We stayed at ETAP Erfurt to visit family. Location in half way from highway exit to the city (probably 4-5 km), behind a gas station.
