Zero service, not even acknowledged at front desk, not thanked on departure, details incorrect from my passport. Noisy, very noisy. Shower broken. Worst night's sleep. Been traveling in Europe for 5 weeks often different hotel each night with my partner and 10yo son. This is the second worst hotel we've stayed in. Horrible. (The worst didn't even have hot water)....
