We found this hotel to be a disappointment on our arrival. It is spread out over a wide area with the rooms set in three-storey buildings with door leading directly to the outdoors. Guests allocated rooms above ground level must carry their luggage etc. up the stairs as there are no lifts and no porter service that we could see.... more

Stayed at hotel for month of November. Rooms adequate, food good, chambermaid excellent, remaining staff, with only a few exceptions, really dreadful. This hotel is a bit tired and probably more like a three star hotel. It was very clean and the family room we were given was spacious with two bedrooms and a sitting area.
