The advantage is the central location. Everything is in walking distance. But the generally nice Hotel is located in a very busy street. It is recommended to select a room offside the street, which means to have windows in a back yard. Breakfast is very nice, also the bar. Room are modern and suitable, clean. Personal is very freindly. A... More

Can not beat the location! You literally step out into the heart of the city. Bus to Alhambra (must must see) is right around the corner and Albayzin, the old city, is just few blocks. Parking is next to the hotel with an elevator leading up to the front lobby, though there is absolutely no need to rent a car... More

We stayed here in early July 2010 for half of the honeymoon. Nice spacious room, clean, tidy but sterile. It does have a minibar and well insulated windows, as the room we had overlooked the main street... It was 40c when we were there, but the hotel was cool downstairs and in the room.Ideal location to explore the local squares... More

The Hotel claims best rate guarantee, whereby if you send them screenshot of a site offering better rates than their own site, they will not only match it but will give further 10% discount on it. However, when I sent them screenshot of a travel site Splendia offering rate 29% lower than their hotel site, customer service decided to wait... More

The hotel is really average. Looks fantastic but the service you get is not great. The room we had was nice enough but, even thoough it had a window, it had no fresh air coming in as the window was facing the internal light well that was actually covered and the only air coming up was from the restaurant down... I stayed here with 4 other friends for 3 nights. The hotel was one of the hotels that I could choose from for the conference that I attended. I had booked two rooms, one for 2 people, the other for 3 people. The room I stayed in accomodated 3 people and had 3 seperate beds. The room was spacious for... More

My family of 3 (2 adults/1 child) spent two nights at the hotel after a 3 hour drive up from Marbella to explore Granada. The hotel exterior has an old world elegance with modern amenities in the rooms. It is centrally located at a three way busy intersection but suprisingly our room which faced a rear side street was quiet.... More

This was a great place for us to stay in Granada. The rooms are spacious enough -- not huge, but certainly adequate. The big plus for this hotel is the fantasic location. If you enjoy people-watching, dining and shopping, this is a perfect place to stay. It is just a short taxi ride to the Alhambra. Our room overlooked the... More

Having stayed at the NH Victoria for two nights, I have no complaint whatsoever regarding this hotel. The hotel is about as central as it gets - not in the old quarter of the Albaicin, but right in the middle of the bustling city centre of Granada, three minutes from restaurants, bars and shops, and just over five minutes from...
