I stayed here for just one night while visiting Alhambra. The rooms are quite comfortable and some offer a great views of the Sierra Nevada. Service at reception and at the bar was also good. Pool was welcome as daytime temp was about 30 Celsius. 10 min stroll to downtown. Overall a good choice for staying in Granada.

I was very impressed with the Hotel Saray. Very nice rooms, pretty Moorish influenced decor and nice rooms. I was most impressed because the first room we were placed in smelled of cigarette smoke (I'm allergic) and they were wonderful and prompt in getting into a nicer room. The rooms were quiet and well appointed and the food at their... More

Room was hot but bed was comfortable. Reception not too helpful. Breakfast uninspiring. Some problems with Internet. Longish cab ride to Albacin area and Al Hambra. Difficult to charge electronics - no outlets near the bed.

The architecture of the hotel and interior decoration has Moorish influence. Exterior facing glass-walled elevators would take you up to your floor. The room was reasonably spacious and modern, dominated by a large mirror. The bathroom was plain, not big but quite alright. The hotel lobby is very large leading down to the impressive grounds and pool facilities. Located about... More

Very nice and special hotel, in nice Moorish style. All quite spacious. Very good service e.g. at the reception. Good restaurant; some interesting bars and restaurants nearby too. Spacious underground parking, which is a bit expensive. This hotel has been my favourite in Granada for many years. But I have the impression it gets in need some minor renovation or... More

This hotel was easy to find, with parking. It was really convenient to walk into the centre of Granada, whilst my friends went Skiing. The staff were all friendly and happy to help. The hotel had central heating, which came as a very welcome surprise. The rooms were snug and cosy.

Greeting at reception less than warm, room only had 3 single beds though had booked a family room clearly with 2 adults and 2 kids. Told at reception there was no option for a fourth bed of any kind. Phone in room didn't work, though they did fix it. Room was incredibly hot (February ) and the air conditioning didn't... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night as part of a tour group. The hotel room is good sized and clean, although the hotel appears a bit run down and can do with some refurbishment. It is located about 15 mins walk to the town center so it's not the most convenient. Overall, I would rate it as an... More
