Overall rather poor/rude receptionists.Tired room. Old decorations, scratches on walls, old TV, Twin beds instead of double bed, old worn carpet. Old bathroom. Needs renovation. Great location. Fine for a couple of nights if you get it at a good price but by no means luxurious. Clean and reasonably comfortable but in need of a little TLC. Only a short walk to Cathedral and plenty of bars/ restaurants nearby

It is an average hotel although I am dissatisfied with the service. It took me more than 30 min to check in as the staff were very slow to take care of each registration. This pissed me off and made my experience in Granada bad. Other than that the room was clean although a bit old.
