This hotel was ideally situated for our first visit to Granada. We would return. We stayed in the Palacio portion of the hotel and enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. While the rooms were clean, ours was awkwardly constructed, smallish and cramped. On the main road into town, and yet dead quiet (4 x glazing), with beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds (the best night's sleep we had in four weeks in Europe), free mini-bar contents (free wi-fi in lobby, but you have to pay extra if you want it in your room), awesome breakfasts and a beautiful lobby and palazzo area.
