The façade was impressive among regular buildings on Colon Avenue and the lobby was equally beautiful. Actually there was a problem to get there: car was not allowed along the avenue during the day and there was a camera beside the hotel. But the bell door helped us with the ticket. Actually he helped as we parked in front of... More

We only had 2 days in Granada, so we decided a hotel was more efficient than an apartment...and this looked promising. The room was clean, modern and I was quite impressed....except the telephone in the bathroom was making loud noises as it was permanently off the hook ( broken ). Twice I asked for assistance, but this was never forthcoming.... More

2 converted old buildings- one of them being a former convent with a peaceful courtyard (where you can also eat) in the middle. My room - one of the superior ones-was great- overlooking the courtyard and with beams, nice size, feel and bathroom with good accessories. The hotel is on the main street in the centre and I wonder if... More

This hotel was ideally situated for our first visit to Granada. We would return. We stayed in the Palacio portion of the hotel and enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. While the rooms were clean, ours was awkwardly constructed, smallish and cramped. There were no drawers and the closet was small with too few hangars.... More

I spent two nights at this hotel in Nov 2011. The hotel is in an old converted convent and that gives it some lovely features like the courtyards. However, I felt that the decor in the room was too modern for the setting, but this is just a personal preference. The concierge service was excellent, the breakfasts we ordered were... More

Excellent location, attentive staff, fine restaurant, beautiful courtyard. Rooms well appointed, but weirdly all room lights are either on or off. This can be a problem if only one person wants to stay up and read or watch television, use the bathroom, etc. The staff knows about this, but apparently there is no plan to correct it. During our stay... More

The hotel is beautiful and is a fantastic combination of modern design and old-world aesthetic. The front desk is extremely knowledgable and helped us with anything we needed… all with a smile. Overall it was a great stay, but a couple of minor annoyances others might think is major. Our first room faced the street on the 2nd floor. People... More

As others have mentioned, the location is top notch. We actually were one of the last off the train into Granada and missed all the cabs at the station. It was an easy 15-20 minute walk to the hotel from the train station. The hotel is nicely appointed. We travelled with friends and checked out each others' rooms and every... More

On the main road into town, and yet dead quiet (4 x glazing), with beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds (the best night's sleep we had in four weeks in Europe), free mini-bar contents (free wi-fi in lobby, but you have to pay extra if you want it in your room), awesome breakfasts and a beautiful lobby and palazzo area.
