We are spending three nights in this hotel and must have the worst room in the whole place. I actually find it hard to believe they would rent the room out. I have to wonder if it is because we booked through Bookings.com, however if we had known we would be looking out to a dingy, enclosed rooftop covered in...

Located in the Plaza Nueva, this hotel was a quick 10min walk to most attractions. There were a couple of hotels that were closer to the attractions, but they would have been a lot louder and usually cost more money. The hotels and rooms were very clean and we had no issues to report.

As the title suggests, the rooms are beautiful, as is the rest of the hotel. The beds are a little hard, and the pillows are not the most comfortable either, but a fews drinks helped us along our way to sleep.
Our only substantial gripe was the lack of air conditioning. When we enquired after such (16/11//11), after spending a...

We stay just one night, valet parking, internet, really good looking rooms and top quality service with that stiff Seville upper lip that is part of the city charm.
Great location and we got a good price via booking.com.

Despite having asked for a superior room overlooking the plaza we were given one at the rear side overlooking a wall. This was quickly rectified and were given an upgrade to a junior suite ,which was extremely nice but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade,it had a very poor shower, rusty handles and hair stuck on the bathroom walls....

Ask for a balcony room because the view is spectacular!! You can see the cathedral and monuments all lit up, bell clock will tell you...

This hotel occupies a superb location within a short walk of many of the sights. You may pay more, but you save on time and fares. Bear in mind that such a location makes ambient noise almost inevitable.
However, its surly staff, who nevertheless worked fairly efficiently, make you feel tolerated rather than welcome.
Correction. Somebody who I believe to...

I believe the wifi/internet problem mentioned in the previous reviews is indicative of a much larger problem...management that doesn't seem to care. Unlike most of the reviewers, for the most part I found the staff to be helpful and nice. What may be interpreted as surliness or inattention I interpret as frustration with their inability to do their jobs right...

As noted WiFi did not work half of the time. PC would connect but their system does not give an IP Address and therefore no Internet service. Restaurant staff are pretty good, one was "inflexible". Room staff are very nice. Beds are very hard.
