This is the second time I visit this hotel in 20 years. Set in a dull building, within 10 to 15 minutes walking from the Cathedral, but close to a tram stop if you don't fancy walking at all. The staff was not friendly, the location wasn't great, and they screw you on little charges. I tried to make a reservation for a flamenco show from the hotel by calling a local number and got charged $20 per attempt. I never even talked to anyone, and was charged $40 for my 2 attempted calls... what a joke! More
