Sadly not as attractive as it looked on the website, and service was sloppy (albeit friendly). For example a coffee machine was advertised as included, despite asking on numerous occasions this never turned up, nor did any washing up liquid. I spent 3 nights in this appartment hotel. Very central location in historic Santa Cruz quarter, close to major attractions. Around are plenty of picturesque alleys and flowered patios. Good bars and restaurants at walking distance. Nearby Vineria del Telmo restaurant highly recommended. Skip the breakfast: very basic and not worth the price.
