We have spent five nights in this hotel. Perfect for visiting the city as it is in the heart center of the old Seville. The hotel is as a Petit Palace and as a four star hotel only a basic one. We have to congratulate to a receptionist, sorry we do not know the name ( she is from Galicia... More

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at this hotel in old Seville, and the location could not have been better: within easy walking distance of the shops, the cathedral, the Golden Tower, even the bullring if that's what floats your boat! The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, but the showerhead leaked a bit, making it difficult to use.... More

The breakfast for 15 Euros is not worth it. There are nice places in the area to get a breakfast for much less. The have complementary hot tea and coffee in the evening but the only cups they provide are 6oz thin plastic cups for cold drinks. The internet is free and there is a computer in each room. More

first of, when we got to the hotel, we got snacks from the minibar wich expiration date had passed 5 days! then, during breakfast, i picked up FIVE glasses with lipstick marks on ALL of them! and the 6th glass i had was not clean, it just didn't have a lipstick mark. the room isn't that clean, also. the location... We stayed here just before Christmas for 3 nights. We found the hotel easily and were very pleased with the central location. This hotel is modern and lacks any kind of atmosphere. The reception staff were OK. It always amazes me that the reception staff don't greet guests with an enquiry as to how their trip was, after all everyone... More

Location was good, great places for breakfast nearby, hotel breakfast was expensive and dull. Rooms were small and dark with no view, but they were modern with good size bathrooms, however not somewhere you would want to hang out in. More

While the location for the hotel was good, the minimalist style was unappealing. The wifi was a problem because we were given the incorrect password by the desk. After they typed the correct one into our device for us, it worked for one time, but every time we left the hotel and came back, it asked for the password again.... More

Great location, close enough to walk to the main attractions including the Cathedral, Giralda, Alcazares Reales, Plaza Espana as well as the main shopping street. Also there are many fine restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is in a narrow street which was hard to find even with an up to date satnav which took us to the no entry... More

The family room was a great value. Room was spotless and large (very by European standards). Very ample bath room. Super cool shower with noozles with spray from infinite directions. Front desk personnel were warm and helpful. Free coffee and cappuccino machine in lobby was a nice added touch. The biggest downside were the beds. They were almost like sleeping... More

Great hotel in most respects. Location perfection! Staff helpful and professional! Free Wi-fi amazing. Except you can't get it in the room, only lobby. Beds disaster :( as a matter of fact, my back still hurts and it's been 2 days. Stayed for 5 days and considered checking out early several times. However, overlooked the sore back for all the...
