“Payment even cancelling one week in advance”

We booked via booking.com but had to reschedule our flight to leave earlier. But unfortunately the hostel charged all four nights although we cancelled one week advance. If you book there be careful with the conditions. We asked if we could meet in the middle but the manager wasn´t friendly nor helpful. Sorry, but cannot recommend.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and the best buy in zaragoza. Beds were made every day an clean towels each day. Close enough to the city center.
