My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights at NH Gran Hotel in Zaragoza. We had booked the room through hotels.com and paid only 45 UDS per night for our lovely double room - very good value for money; especially in the high season (we went in July 2011). The hotel is located in an impressive building in a nice,... More

Despite we chose presidential suite, many things are missing to make this hotel acceptable in a reasonable standard: poor choice from room service, mediocre house keeping, tiny elevator, old shower, lack of noise isolation, old towels, etc. However the friendliness of receptionists are appreciated. Gran Hotel might be a bit misleading but it is a great old building in a close side street next to everything in Zaragoza. The rooms are a mixed of new and traditional. We stayed in a junior suite with 2 adults and a kid with a great view on the alley. There are plenty of places around to eat... More

The rooms were basic but nice enough. Staff was friendly. My Spanish is not great so it was a bit challenging to communicate with the staff here but we got by fine. The location was great. More

We got a nice junior suite and loved our stay. Very helpful staff. Did not get the breakfast since it added a lot to the rate and I just don’t need that much food in the morning, and again there was no free parking which adds considerably to the room rate 15.50 Euros per day! The rooms were clean and... More

Stayed 3 nights in NH Gran and as a result would stay in other hotels of the group. Staff were welcoming and friendly. All spoke excellent English. This particular hotel is in a great location in Zaragoza with lots of cafes and tapas bars close at hand and very central for sightseeing. Room was very clean and comfortable with a... More

Nice lobby and entrance area with clean and well equipped rooms/bathrooms. This is a good base. The bar is quiet but comfortable and overall the hotel is well maintained. More

We stayed for 2 nights in late Nov. 2007 in a standard room. Our room (#522), which looked out on to the backs of nearby apartment buildings, was very quiet and quite spacious. There was an entry hall which had a desk and chair. The bedroom area had plenty of cupboard space and a chair and side table, a nice... More
