Above all, very clean and helpful staff which are the two most important things. Room reasonably comfortable, could do with an armchair or similar though. Nice, high-quality environment, quiet with a friendly service. Room cleaning could be a bit better. Especially I liked the reception area, which was in keeping with Bilbao's modernist aspirations.
