This is a medium sized four star hotel located on the edge of the central part of Bilbao. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable although we were there in April and the air conditioning in some of the rooms was not working as it still had the winter heater settings.

Fine hotel in fine situation. Hotel is near city-center, but still so far that sleeping there was relaxative. Friendly staff. Free internet was really slow, and you must change password every 24 hours.

Good choice for business trip. Location of the hotel is very good. Nice and clean rooms. The only problem for me was 24 hours Wi-Fi password validity...you need to take care when you take paper from reception with password !!. Everything else was fine. During the weekend there is a good jazz live music.
