My wife and I had a room on level 1 (the level above reception) and it was fantastic. Very quiet, great space and didn't have any issues. The location was fantastic with the main attractions all in an easy walking distance. For the price, the value of Altair was fantastic.

good location: 10-minute walk from the city center with many restaurants and coffee places nearby. the room was on floor just above the reception, decent size and clearly recently renovated and very clean. furniture is mainly ikea-style but certainly very functional. the bathroom was well-sized and clean too. free wifi (worked perfectly) and nice people running the business.
