Terrific value, very comfortable, right across the street from the convention center, and only a few minutes' walk from the old town with its terrific pintxos (tapas) bars. I would have no hesitation about recommending this property to friends.

Not a fancy place but very comfortable and across the street from the surfing beach which is way better for swimming than Concha. Rooms have IKEA type furnishings. Beds are comfy. Big bathrooms. The rooms was great size and bathroom and especially shower was superb. Location near surfer beach was perfect. Our room was quiet as overlooking the internal covered courtyard but there was no air on and no breeze through the window so if there in summer and you can't take the heat, go elsewhere. Otherwise great alue for money.

Nice place to stay with a nice staff. Clean room and close to the beach, and some cozy bars and shops.

Me and my boyfriend was happy with the location close to the Zurriola beach but the nights was a bit noisy because of the traffic and a nearby bar. Bathrooms clean and modern!
