“Small hotel, good location, clean rooms but unhelpful reception staff”

Upon arrival the room wasn't ready for another hour. The reception staff were cold and unhelpful not at all friendly. Had an issue with the toilet breaking and reception couldn't care less. The replywas that the maintenance man had left( at 4 pm and wasnt returning til morning).i had to be really persistent to get someone out that day to... More
