“Gran hotel”

We have just returned from this hotel. Very disappointed. One afternoon pool used for swimming club for children. Later prom for teenagers. Another day a first communion party in pool area again and then later children's party on 17 floor till 11 o'clock. These were private parties. I don't think this warrants 5 star ranking. “Great for couples wanting a relaxing break”

We booked with 'on the beach' and the price seemed very cheap for what the package held for us. The only downside was Ryanair. They seem to have a monopoly on Lanzerote and I would definitely avoid them in the future. Rude staff, tight baggage restrictions, expensive inflight food and seemed to bring the worst out in people with everyone... More

Superior stay. Won't even look anywhere else to stay on this island. Exceptional amenities, supurb price, great location. It just doesn't get any better. Car rental across the street, beach right next door, restaurants 2 minute walk. Wow!

Just returned from a wonderful relaxing stay at this superb Hotel.
