Just returned from second stay at this accommodation in 4 months. Apartments very dated, but the refurbished public areas are very nice. It's far from the main bars,restaurants, and supermarkets. Great little site that is far enough out of Las Americas that you have some peace but close enough if you want to join in the carnage. Stayed for a week early March 2013, Very clean accommodation, Lovely pool but was not heated so was not used as it was freezing, Nice onsite restaurant serving high quality food. Spent 4 really lovely days here with a girlfriend and really enjoyed it. Great venue to relax. as away from main drag of Los Cristianos but great bus service or 8 Euro taxi ride in to main crag. We arrived at CCC at 11.45pm where we were met by the night security guard. On producing our booking he helped us to the lift with our luggage and took us to our studio which was up on second floor of main building. he told us to have a good night and to book in at reception in the morning....
