This really is a lovely hotel. Greeted and dealt with efficiently on arrival by very pleasant reception staff. Very helpful and speak good english compared to my spanish! this was the first time at this hotel group and was not dissapointed great hotel food was really good and load of choice . My wife and I with friends have visited Puerto de la Cruz for the past 20 years normally staying at the San Felipe. The rooms are good with magnificent seaviews and the food very good particularly the pork which was exceptional this year and all inclusive guests can use the very good a la carte restaurant twice in a week.... nice big room with great view, large selection of food, helpful staff, nice pool, great location, very welcoming of children, evening entertainment was aimed at older people but my 2 year old loved joining in with the ballroom dancing! More

Stayed here on an all-inclusive basis from 31/12/2010 - 07/01/2011 in room 401 (I think). The room overlooked the pool - as opposed to the sea - and was ideally situated to benefit from the afternoon sun. We enjoyed our return visit to the hotel . Our only real disappointment was being given a room by the pool. While the ground floor room had a large balcony and was furnished to the same standard as the main hotel rooms, privacy was an issue. Really needed the curtains closed all the time as we were very much overlooked.... More
