We went to Hostal Lima, because the prices were ok (15 euro / pp). BUT:
- rooms were extremely smelly and dirty
- toilet could not flush
- people were having noisy sex all night
- there was no heat and bad isolation, it was extremely cold (two blankets were just enough to get to sleep)
