The area directly outside of the apartment building was a little sketchy, and the stairs leading to the rooms and the elevator are pretty small (difficult with luggage) but once you get to the rooms in the apartment, they're very clean and there was a decent amount of space; we fit 5 people comfortably in a 4-person apartment.
