A super hotel with polite and helpful staff...but our room was incredibly disappointing. Functionality was sacrificed for the sake of chic design. The room was extremely dark (on the 'wrong' side of the hotel). The walls and ceiling were blocks of chocolate brown with dark wooden surfaces. Lovely hotel - clean, modern decor. Big room, very well laid out, nice shower gel/shampoo in bathroom. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, self service food/refreshments and bar available all day - just let reception know what you've had. Great location for exploring Barcelona, tourist bus just up the road. Love this hotel! The rooms are super clean, updated and modern, great location, free wireless, super friendly and helpful front desk staff. We didn't eat in their restaurant, got up too early so we went around the corner to a bakery that served coffee, etc.

Centrally located to many of the attractions of Barcelona, this hotel is staffed by very helpful personnel. There are many good restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. The desk attendants will help you find them. The rooms are modern, clean and well-appointed. In all, a fine hotel for exploring this beautiful city.

Hotel is placed in a very good location. Easy to get to metro stations or touristic bus stop. Great rooms, perfect breakfast, nice interiors. Kind service guys helped to understand the map, gave us really useful directions. You can buy tickets on the tourisitc bus right in the lobby.

We got a deal on this and after checking tripadvisor we went for a 3 night stay. The price was reasonable, the people were very nice and helpful. Many of the staff spoke English which was a big help.
