Perfect situation, near to old town, to the underground, to the sea. The staff was friendly and nice. The breakfast was a real disappointment. The room was dark. Not so much equipment in the room; just a SMALL piece of soap, no shampoo, no hair dryer.

We slept there for 2 nights and we where very disappointing, the rooms are not 4 stars quality, the room service isn't functioning as well but the worst thing was the service from the main desk, very rude not helpful (Charging us money for an emergency call that we had to do)

We stayed 4 nights in this wonderful hotel. Everything was good, the rooms, the view ( upgrad to churchview), the breakfast. We celebrated a Birthday during our stay and the reception was very service-minded with recommendations and arrangements. We highly recommend this hotel!
