The Hotel Regina is in a great location - steps from the Plasa da Catalunya and La Rumbla. We spent most of our 3 days prior to our cruise just walking around from the hotel. Hotel Regina is too small to stay in. If you want to cook, you have to go all the way down to the reception to borrow the adapter. It's too troublesome. More
