Located in the nice Fontana area if the city about 15 minutes from Catalunya this spotlessly clean, modern hotel is my first choice. Comfy with a TV with foreign channels, a good shower and free wifi, I'm not sure what else you need. More

I stayed at this hotel while on tour with my girlfriend. I was worried because of the reviews I had read but it was not as bad as people had made it out to be. The lift is a bit small but two people and luggage can fit in there. The staff were very friendly, the one guy even showed... More

The rooms are well appointed, modern and very clean. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is fine, not the widest choice but just enough. This is a great hotel for a short city break, either on business or just sight seeing. More

This isn't the usual hotel I stay in when I travel to Barcelona. There was a big congress there and all the hotels were full. My travel agent found this hotel on one of the online booking sites. It is not too far from the center - maybe a 6 euro cab ride to the Plaza Catalunya. I had a... More

Dear Sir, Thank you for your kind reponse. I just want to confirm that your stay in our hotel coincided with ITMA 2011 , 100.000 people came to Barcelona that week, most of the hotels were fully booked and they charged Official Rates. Yours faithfully More

We had a room that was near a large church bell tower. It is loud on Sunday mornings and will shake the room. The rooms were not too fancy but very clean. So if you go out to the nightclubs and want to sleep in on Sunday forget about it. More

The hotel is located in the Gracia district, which is a safe residential area. The metro station is a few meters away, although I walked to the center of the city (it takes about 30 minutes to reach the Placa de Catalunya by foot). The room was clean and tidy. The staff were polite and helpful. Checking in and out... More

Liked the hotel, just in the center of Barcelona, near to all transport routes. Missing only the refrigerator in the room. Good breakfast, enought variety and food. Some rooms could be considered small, but if you want to visit Barcelona it is a very good accomodation. Friendly and helpful saff. More

I have stayed at this hotel for many years and have always enjoyed its basic but good facilities. There was a problem with the air conditioning unit and we requested a change of room when technical staff failed to repair it. This was met with rudeness and sarcasm by a male member of staff who enjoyed showing off his italian... More

Dear Sir, First of all I want to apologize the rudeness and sarcasm that you felt because of one person from our staff. I promise you I will investigate exactly what's happened, and I will act in convenience. As you can understand, to lose a client is a big problem for us, and we have to work to try that... More

Relatively good location as a start off point for exploring the city. Basically good hotel for sleeping and showering but very little else. Buffet breakfast included in the price but pretty run of the mill fare. Room we stayed in was small and hot despite the a/c. Luckily it was a room at the back so we weren't subjected to... More
