“Neighborhood great, Hotel no so much”

We stayed for two nights - the hotel is very average. The first room we stayed in was on the first floor and the carpeting in the hallway looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. “Nice and quiet hotel, near metro station”

This hotel is a good deal for a weekend trip in Barcelona, we found. Rooms and service are fine. Shower is nice and there's a minibar. Just in front of the hotel is a grocery store and around the corner you'll find an indoor market with supermarket and a little furhter the metro station El Putxet. Only metro line L7... More

Very close to the metro station which gives you a very easy access to the center, and also there are some small grocery shops from where you can buy things you need, also a market. The neighborhood is nice, silent unless they do some work on the road, but in that case they will bother you with the noise only... More

“Great Stay Except for the Glee Club”

We enjoyed the Silken hotel. The room was very nice and updated, loved the modern bathroom and simple furnishings. Stayed on the 4th floor and the worst part was the rather rambunctious glee club (most likely college students) who took over the floor and were pretty loud. The neighborhood was nice and apparently kind of the ritzy part of town.... More

Good hotel for the right price. Friendly staff. Didn't had breakfast in the hotel. Plenty of coffee shops around with a great selection of food. Subway 5 minutes away from the hotel Would stay there again
