Close to where the action is from Barceloneta. Subway - train nearby, convenient. Elevator was tight but ok. Other than that, since we couldn't find another hotel on the spot this served our one night purpose.

This hotel is just reflecting Santa Marta. It's a crappy city in Colombia with nothing but destroyed, abandoned buildings in the city center and a filthy beach. So the name is accurate! Santa Marta has a hotel called Rome, which is just as nice as the real Rome.
