It's an easy 15 minute walk to the old town which might be a bit far from some, but its right beside El Corte Ingles and near the bus station and shops. Apart from the restaurant, which was very good, the hotel was not exceptional, and was in a poor location, except if your trip to girona involves only shopping at el corte ingles. The rooms were not that modern and floor 5 reeks of smoke. I would happily go for lunch or dinner, but not to stay overnight. More
